Announcing…..

Drum roll here, please….

Gathering Speed, Book Two of the Kitty Irish Trilogy, has just released in e-book. For you paper lovers (and I’m one too), you’ll have to wait another few weeks. In the meantime, if you’re an ebook reader…go and see what happens to Kitty next!

Blurb: All Kitty Irish wants to do is complete the task given to her by Daniel Phinney—free their small town from the werewolves that plague it. But every move she makes sets off an unforeseen reaction.

She burns Phinney’s cabin to the ground to lay her mentor to rest. Instead the hot ashes raise up a detective bent on connecting the dots between Kitty and his cold case list. The truth she tells to free a friend brings her an unexpected ally in the fight. And the letter she opens shows her a window into a past she never knew she had. Kitty’s mission is gathering speed.

  1. Tess, I’m so sorry. I don’t see my comment here. I’m not sure what happened. I’m so excited for you!! I hope your release went fantastic!! Let me know if I can do anything to help.

  2. Hi Tess,
Cousin Jim here. I have read the first and second parts of this trilogy and really love it! But I am second guessing the publisher’s pricing scheme. It doesn’t make sense to me. The first book is 3.99 and the second is 2.99. What has worked for people like Amanda Hocking is to give the first book away and then charge more for the second and even more for the third! Giving away the first one creates a sense that the author is kind and generous. Then, the reader is so captured by the story–and in your case, I guarantee that they will be–that she is willing to buy the second and third installments. Charging more for the first and less for the second ebook as your publisher has done makes no sense to me. I wonder if you have any input into how they are marketed or priced–probably not, but I thought I’d mention it, and my mention of it is an outgrowth of my enthusiasm for this trilogy, the third part of which I can’t wait to read!
    Love,
    Jim
